One of the most rewarding things about what we do is to witness the incredible difference we make in our client's lives. So much of our work may seem to be just "physical", however the transformations are every bit as emotional - not just for the client.
The thought of letting go of decades of collectibles and even old clothing can be traumatic for some people. Our job is to help reason through what is and is not important and what has sentimental or monetary value.
Living with the constant burden of having allowed their homes to progress to such an unmanageable level can be both embarrassing and overwhelming.
Our place is not to judge, but to help solve the problem. It's okay, we've seen everything! Nothing surprises us.

Downingtown basement - before & after

The owner of this challenging basement was scheduled to move out-of-state in just a few weeks. What you see is only a fraction of this huge basement. We were able to extract and pre-pack the things she wanted to take with her; sort and inventory things that could be sold at auction or to private buyers, and then donate the balance to an array of local charities and churches.
Since basements usually show better completely empty, the picture on the right shows the obvious and much improved contrast.

This client was referred to us by one of our preferred realtors. This newly renovated empty townhome in Phoenixville just wasn't getting any attention until the owners decided to have it staged. The combination of a new realtor and some awesome furnishings helped secure a buyer in less than a month!
